Online Training: Digital Twin Technologies in Practice – Applications, Methods and Perspectives
The MLUMSE and DTT4SD Erasmus+ CBHE projects are pleased to invite project partners, stakeholders, researchers, academics and other interested participants to the online training “Digital Twin Technologies in Practice: Applications, Methods and Perspectives”, taking place on 23 October 2026, from 10:00 to 13:30 CEST, via Zoom.
Building on the topics addressed during previous project trainings, this event will explore practical applications of digital twin technologies across different fields, with particular emphasis on environmental monitoring, agriculture and higher education.
The programme brings together four guest lecturers who will share their knowledge, experiences and perspectives:
- Mahdi Kohdadadzadeh – Digital Twins for Environmental Applications
- Iva Odak and Bruno Čaleta – Building Digital Twins for Agriculture: From Use-Case to Working Twin
- Lucas de Oto – Education Design and Quality Assurance and Use and Misuse of AI in Academic Setups
Through these presentations, participants will gain insights into the development and practical implementation of digital twins, their potential to support sustainable development, and the opportunities and challenges associated with emerging digital technologies in higher education.
The training provides an additional opportunity for colleagues who could not participate in previous project activities, while also welcoming a wider audience interested in digital transformation, geospatial technologies and innovative approaches to education.
