Work Plan
MLUMSE project is divided into 9 WPs each with appointed WP leader: WP1 – led by UNIZG, WP2 led by KUL, WP3 led by UT, WP4 led by BU, WP5 led by UIZ, WP6 led by AUT, WP7 led by AU, WP8 led by UEMF and WP9 led by AABU. It means that responsibilities are evenly distributed, 9 out of 12 partners are WP leaders, and 6 out of 9 WPs are led by SM partners. WPs are logically organized, each covering specific set of activities which are interconnected with others and contributing to project success. MLUMSE Pert chart diagram is presented in the figure right.
The WP titles clearly indicate role of each WP, and role, activities and deliverables for each Task are described below. Covering several activities each WP is divided in 3 or 4 tasks where each task is covering one of them. Work in tasks is intentionally organized in a way that multiple partners take responsibility for specific task mixing combination of partners working together fostering networking among them. Due to costs of travel between EU and SM as well as SM to SM partners number of travels is a) optimized (limited) and b) organized that only necessary partners are travelling to certain national events (national training, multiplier event) enabling that key activities (trainings) are attended with higher number of participants.
